Keep dry for 24 hrs. Avoid hot showers and strenuous activities Refrain from alcohol and caffeine consumption. Drink at least 2–3 liters of water daily for 72 hours after each session. Water helps your body flush out the released fat and toxins through the lymphatic and urinary systems. Do not exfoliate. Avoid direct sun exposure for at least 1 week. Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen ( SPF 60 or higher) daily.
